I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was quite convenient, allowing me to enjoy the Key West vibe without diving headfirst into the downtown hustle, the rooms could definitely use a makeover to match the beautiful facade. The service was generally friendly and helpful, especially when it came to the snorkeling excursion recommendations, but I did notice some limitations in availability. Overall, it offered decent value for money considering the area.

The rooms felt a little grungy and worn, and while they were dark with the curtains closed ensuring a good night's sleep, they could really use an update in decor. However, they were clean and did not have any unpleasant smells.

Service

The service was mostly friendly and upbeat, and the staff was awesome at the bar by the pool. They even helped me choose an incredible snorkeling excursion to the coral reef. However, I did find the service unavailable at night and early morning, which wasn’t ideal.

Location

The location was fairly convenient, offering a slight escape from bustling Duval Street while still being close enough to enjoy everything. The surrounding area was clean and had some lovely relaxing spots.

Dining was a little disappointing in terms of variety, although I expected it to be quite expensive. The breakfast quality didn’t quite hit the mark, but it didn’t spoil my overall positive view of the hotel.
